Traditional Talk Therapy
Traditional Talk Therapy empowers you with the tools, insight, awareness and understanding to better manage the mental, emotional and physical symptoms of your presenting concern. One-on-one therapy provides a safe and supportive space for you to process and define the underlying roots associated with your struggle, while also helping build your holistic coping tool kit to be better equipped to take on your day-to-day challenges.
-
Couples Therapy
Couples work provides space for individuals involved in a romantic relationship to gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction. Our therapists are committed to your growth as a couple and aim to fulfill your therapeutic goals by helping you both strengthen your emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal communication, gain insight and understanding around triggers and reactions, and implement the necessary tools for you to feel more in control of your relationship.

Walk Talk Therapy
Walk Talk Therapy is just as it sounds, therapy while walking. Integration of the body is one of our core values, thus we offer this as an alternative modality, especially if the therapy office isn’t as comfortable for you. It has been shown that walking while processing deeper layered emotions and experiences can be an effective, and helpful way to gain insight, awareness and relief.
-
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a mind-body modality that looks to integrate the entire self, specifically the mind + body + spirit. The body holds memories, emotions, and sensations. Thus, yoga therapy provides space to become aware, build insight, process and release stored energy and emotion associated with your presenting concern. Sessions may include: a combination of traditional talk and gentle movement, flowing through a gentle yoga sequence, mindfulness exercises, meditation, somatic awareness exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation exercises, guided imagery, and visualization. Please be aware, Mind-Body Therapy is not for every client and/or clinical concern; thus, you will discuss in detail at the onset of therapy if this approach is an appropriate fit.
-
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy focuses on relieving affective distress, reformulating negative beliefs, and reducing physiological arousal. Shapiro (1995, 2001), who developed EMDR, hypothesizes that EMDR therapy facilitates the accessing of the traumatic memory network, so that information processing is enhanced, with new associations forged between the traumatic memory and more adaptive memories or information.

Supplemental
Our supplemental holistic offerings are meant to enhance your therapeutic experience and therapy outcomes. Essentially, the physical body is often left out of mental health treatment, as traditionally the mind is the focus. However, we believe in the integration of both the mind and body in clinical treatment. Thus, we provide our clients with the option to integrate holistic offerings to be included in their treatment plan. Our supplemental holistic offerings include practices such as naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, energy/sound therapy, yoga therapy, physical fitness therapy, and body/massage therapy to name a few.
