The Alternative to Group Practice for Licensed Therapists in San Diego
Nourished Wellness Group is a collective for independent, holistic, and somatic therapists who want community, clinical consultation, and referrals while running their own private practice and keeping their full session fee.
What Is The Collective?
Nourished Wellness Group is a membership-based community of independent, licensed therapists. It is not a group practice, and members are not employees.
Each member owns and runs their own private practice under their own license, with their own clients, fees, and business decisions. What members share is a clinical philosophy rooted in mind-body healing, along with the consultation, education, connection, and referral network that can be hard to find in solo practice.
Think of it as having a professional home without giving up your independence.
How The Collective Works
You run your practice.
As a member, you maintain your own license, malpractice insurance, billing, records, intake paperwork, and scheduling. Your clients are your clients.
The collective supports you.
Your membership gives you access to peer consultation, continuing education, community gatherings, and practice support from therapists who understand integrative work.
Referrals are shared within the collective.
Clients who reach out through the Nourished Wellness Group website are personally reviewed and matched with a member whose scope, specialty, and availability align with their needs. The client is then connected with you directly, and you decide whether to move forward together. Members also refer to one another when a client needs a specialty outside their scope.
You belong to a shared vision.
Members are listed as part of Nourished Wellness Group and connected by a common approach: care that tends to the whole person, informed by neurobiology and blending somatic and cognitive work.
What your Membership Includes:
Clinical Consultation: A trusted circle of peers for case consultation and clinical perspective.
Continuing Education: Trainings and learning opportunities focused on integrative, somatic, and mind-body approaches.
Community & Connection: Gatherings, retreats, and ongoing connection with like-minded clinicians.
Practice Support: Guidance and shared wisdom on the realities of running a sustainable private practice.
Shared Referral Network: Inclusion in the collective's client matching and member-to-member referrals.
5% Off Space Rentals: A member discount on room rentals at Movement Therapy Spaces, our sister business.

That fear makes sense—especially when you’ve had to keep going, no matter what. Many first- and second-generation immigrant adults have learned to suppress or disconnect from their emotions in order to cope. In therapy for immigrant adults, we create a steady and supportive space to meet whatever arises—with patience, kindness, and care.
If this sounds like the kind of professional home you've been looking for, share a little about yourself and your practice. Submitting a request is simply the first step toward a conversation, not a commitment.
