Studio Nourished is a space for you to learn, practice, and integrate in between your 1:1 sessions. Our licensed psychologists, therapists, and holistic community providers have carefully crafted educational content and gentle practices to help you relearn, restore, regulate, and release between sessions.

What is Studio Nourished?

a Self-led Studio

Studio Nourished is a self-led therapeutic studio that provides space for you to support your mental health between sessions. Studio content has been created and facilitated by our licensed clinicians to support integrative learning through intentionally designed practices, helping you to reconnect with your body through a nervous-system-oriented approach, and delve into the mind-body connection with our holistic practitioners.

Educational

Bite-sized educational content for your healing journey, designed to help you integrate learnings into day-to-day life. Our videos are intentional and concise, in order to help break down complex topics in digestible ways. Although we live in an era where content is overly saturated, Studio Nourished offers a space to reduce the noise and find your mental health support and practices in one online space. 

On-Demand Support

We all need to take a moment from time to time, especially when we notice big feelings coming up in between our therapy appointments. In addition to longer practices, we also have a library of short, guided practices for anytime support. Our classes are between 5 minutes and 60 minutes so you can always find something that fits your need.

expert guidance

As a Nourished Wellness Group client, you have access and guidance through our expert interview series (under the Restore section) where you can learn about holistic mental health and integration. Feel free to bring in your learnings into your session and if you have follow-up questions, we are happy to connect you to one of our holistic providers to dig a bit deeper into your individual experience.

Holistic lens

You recognize that holistic support of your mental health is imperative to your overall healing journey. Studio Nourished offers an integrative, holistic lens of mental health struggles in order to support both the mind and body. We have to look at the whole self in order to tap into lasting healing. You will explore these pieces in your individual therapy, and the Studio will provide another layer of learning and exploration.

Weekly therapy is so supportive, but yet we also need to practice between sessions to really create intentional change. The Studio offers a great space to dive deeper into healing and growth between sessions. We want you to be supported 24/7.

Change takes time.

We firmly believe in a gentle approach to healing and supporting our minds and body. We are not robots, we are human. Tending to our mental and physical health often takes daily intention. Intention to support your mind and body in ways that feel nourishing. One way to look at this commitment is to think of it like you would hydration. If you met your daily hydration goal of a specific number of ounces, you wouldn’t expect that you would be good to go for the week. No, you know you need to continue to keep that habit of hydration to support your entire body. It can be the same when it comes to our emotional health. We need to nurture it daily to be able to build that “muscle” of strength and flexibility. In the same vein, we are working to change our neuroplasticity. Changing our brains, habits, and patterns takes time.

As a client, you will always have access to Studio Nourished for free. During your first session, your therapist will provide you with instructions to access the space. We’ll see you in there.
